For Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager customers, Flexera Software provides the AdminStudio Configuration Manager Edition, a limited functionality version designed to fulfill basic application packaging needs. This edition includes only basic functionality to assist with MSI software package creators, customization, and handoff . A true starter edition tool, the AdminStudio Configuration Manager Edition contains 3 key tools: a custom version of the Repackager, Tuner, and Distribution Wizard designed to align with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007.

AdminStudio has different versions for users of Novell ZENworks 7 versus ZENworks Configuration Manager (ZCM) 10 and 11.

AdminStudio Limited Edition for Novell ZENworks 7 Users

For Novell ZENworks 7 customers, Flexera Software provides the AdminStudio ZENworks Edition, a limited functionality version designed to fulfill basic application packaging needs. This edition includes only basic functionality to assist with MSI packaging, customization, and handoff . A true starter edition tool, the AdminStudio ZENworks Edition contains 3 key tools: a custom version of the Repackager, Tuner, and Distribution Wizard designed to align with Novell ZENworks 7.

The AdminStudio ZENworks Edition is only available on Novell ZENworks 7 physical media from Novell.  Access the Novell website to activate your copy of the AdminStudio ZENworks Edition for use with Novell 7.

AdminStudio Standard Edition for ZENworks Configuration Manager (ZCM) 10 and 11 Users

For Novell ZENworks Configuration Manager (ZCM) 10 customers, Flexera Software and Novell have agreed to provide the AdminStudio Standard Edition, the basic version of the AdminStudio solution, at no additional cost to ZCM 10 and 11 customers. For LANDesk® Management Suite Users

Available to users of LANDesk Management Suite, the AdminStudio Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite enables IT administrators to capture information about applications, customize those applications for their organization's needs, and hand off the prepared applications to the LANDesk Management Suite for deployment. The AdminStudio Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite includes the basic functionality to help IT organizations prepare applications, including:

• A limited version of the AdminStudio Repackager, helps ensure system changes and data are captured properly to better align the customized application or patch for the enterprise's needs
• A full version of the AdminStudio Tuner, the key to amend, modify, or remove information from a Windows Installer package or transform, helps ensure they conform to Microsoft guidelines and organization-specific requirements
• A special AdminStudio Distribution Wizard, essential for the distribution of the final output, a standard Windows Installer package (MSI), to the LANDesk Management Suite or to a network location, FTP server or an administrative location.
