On June 1, 2007, Flexera Software announced the end-of-life of FLEXlm 9.1 and earlier versions. Customers using these older versions of FLEXlm are strongly encouraged to upgrade to FlexNet Publisher.
Maintenance Contract Holders:
Customers will get a migration period of one year to move to higher versions of FlexNet Publisher Licensing Module. During this time Flexera Software will only address the most critical issues. If there is a particular issue in FLEXlm versions earlier than 9.2, it will only be addressed in the latest version.
Customers on Maintenance, Who Choose not to Upgrade:
Customers who choose not to upgrade to FLEXlm version 9.2 or higher, will have their current product version supported up to May 31, 2008. Beyond this date, Flexera Software will no longer support customers on FLEXlm 9.1 and earlier versions.
Existing Customers Not on Maintenance, Who Choose to Upgrade:
Customers who own FLEXlm version 9.1 or below, and are currently not on a maintenance plan may purchase the latest FlexNet Publisher at the full license price. Maintenance Plans are only available for current products and can only be purchased as part of a bundle with a current Flexera Software product. If you own a previous version of a Flexera Software product, these bundles are also available at special upgrade pricing. At this time, new Maintenance Plans cannot be purchased separately.
