Below are instructions for obtaining the FlexNet Manager Platform license and documentation files.

Downloading FlexNet Manager Platform Installation Files

To download the FlexNet Manager Platform installation files:

1. Log in to the Flexera Community.
2. On the Community Home page, either click the FlexNet Manager link in the top banner or select Find My Product > FlexNet Manager.

   NOTE: If you do not have an account in the Flexera Community, see Accessing the Flexera Product and License Center for instructions.

3. On the FlexNet Manager page, click Download Products and Licenses in the Product Resources section. The Product Downloads page opens.
4. Click LET'S GO under the list on the right, which contains FlexNet Manager Platform. The Product and License Center opens.
5. Click FlexNet Manager Platform in the Your Downloads section. The Download Packages page opens.
6. On the Latest Versions or Previous Versions tab, click the name of the FlexNet Manager Platform version you wish to download. You may be prompted to agree to the EULA Agreement on the Software Terms and Conditions page.
7. Click I agree. The Downloads page for the selected version of FlexNet Manager Suite opens.
8. Click the file name link(s) to download files.
9. Follow the procedures covered in Installing FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises (Installing FNMS [version] on Premises.pdf) to install the product. This document is available on the Flexera Product Documentation website. (An archive copy for your future reference is also available through the title page of online help after the product is installed.)

Obtaining a FlexNet Manager Suite license file

To obtain and activate a FlexNet Manager Suite license file:

1. Log in to the Flexera Community.
2. On the Community Home page, either click the FlexNet Manager link in the top banner or select Find My Product > FlexNet Manager.

   NOTE: If you do not have an account in the Flexera Community, see Accessing the Flexera Product and License Center for instructions.

3. On the FlexNet Manager page, click Download Products and Licenses in the Product Resources section. The Product Downloads page opens.
4. Click LET'S GO under the list on the right, which contains FlexNet Manager Platform. The Product and License Center opens.
5. Click License Management > List Licenses.
6. Check the box next to the license you want to obtain.
7. Click View > Save to File. Save your license in a secure location accessible from your compliance server.
8. When you start FlexNet Manager Platform for the first time, your license file will need to be imported. Please refer to the topic “Product Activation” in Chapter 2 of Installing FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises, for details of the process to be followed.
